Development layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Additionally featured in this recent document release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a key labelling distinct parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Additional materials made public as part of the current investigative disclosure.
